Shipping Policy

How We Ship

At Reflective Inc. our goal is to get your package to you as quickly and safely as possible.  For most commercial orders we ship UPS Ground, however, for smaller orders and especially those going to residential addresses, we often ship via the US Postal Service.  UPS ground picks up at our location on Monday - Friday (mid afternoon) and USPS picks up Monday - Saturday (morning).  

When We Ship

Packages ordered before noon on weekdays normally ship out that day.  Packages ordered later in the day ship out the next day.  For custom orders where we have to make the product, we normally ship out within two days.

Where We Ship

We sell and ship our products to the US and Canada.  For Canadian orders we ask that you contact us via email or phone to arrange payment and shipping. US customers can order online and shipping will be automatically calculated.
