Reflective Inc. (Tape Finder) is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to our online store.

Conformance status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.   • Text and interface colors are checked against WCAG AA color-contrast thresholds.
  • Images include descriptive alternative text.
  • We periodically review the site with automated and manual accessibility testing.

Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some limitations may remain. We are aware of the following and are working to improve them:

  • Manufacturer spec sheets (PDF). Some product pages link to technical datasheets produced by third-party manufacturers (for example 3M, ORALITE/Oralite, and Nippon Carbide). These documents are hosted and controlled by their manufacturers and may not be fully accessible. If you need the information in one of these documents in an accessible format, please contact us and we will provide it.
  • Third-party content. Some features rely on third-party applications or embedded content whose accessibility we do not fully control.
  • Checkout. Our secure checkout is provided and maintained by Shopify.
